Bringing Referral letters from other medical institutions (hospitals, clinics, etc.) is highly recommended.
Appointments can be made through other medical institutions. You can also make an appointment at “Patient Support Center” (Counter 17) if you bring a referral.
Depending on the medical departments or your medical condition, you may also visit Kikan Hospital without an appointment or a referral. However, you will be charged with an additional fee of 7,700 yen (for medical departments) or 5,500 yen (for dental departments). Please expect a long waiting time. We suggest having a referral from other hospitals/clinics.
